The U.S. has updated its visa policies to increase security for our citizens and visitors. Due to increasing delays in securing visas to the United States, prospective international attendees should begin this process as early as possible to ensure approval.
Please Note: Participants who will require a visa to enter the U.S. (see visa waiver program link below for exceptions) are encouraged to start the application process at least 6 months before the conference. Click Here for Information regarding the visa application process.
The U.S. State Department's Bureau of Consular Affairs now posts
visa wait times to estimate how long it may take to obtain an appointment and to to pick up your visa. Please Note: Canadians are Visa exempt.
The Conference Secretary can provide qualified participants with a letter confirming their intent to attend MSS-12 Conference.
