Santa Barbara

  • Location
  • Santa Barbara
  • Directions

Santa Barbara lies on the West coast of the United States, 92 miles north of Los Angeles and 332 miles south of San Francisco. Nestled on a narrow shelf between the ruggedly beautiful Santa Ynez Mountains and a lovely stretch of the Pacific Ocean, Santa Barbara is famous around the world for its breathtaking beauty as the American Riviera. It boasts one of the most pleasant year-round climates in the United States. Natural beauty shines from the dramatic mix of mountains, beaches, islands, and the sea, and its rich Spanish heritage is evident in the city's distinctive architecture, cobbled pathways, red tile roofs, and mission-style adobes.
