A Symposium in Honor of Fred Wudl's 70th Birthday

Professor Fred Wudl will be celebrating the 70th anniversary of his birth next year and in honor of his outstanding scientific contributions we have organized an international symposium to recognize his achievements. The symposium, Advances in Organic Materials, will take place January 7-8, 2011, at the University of California, Santa Barbara. Technical sessions will be held all day Friday with a half-day of sessions on Saturday.

The symposium will offer an opportunity for researchers to discuss topics pertaining to the past and future of organic materials, as well as provide an opportunity to celebrate the contribution of a true pioneer in the field.
